A large part of our experience has been liaising with care providers and Adult
Care to support our patients to receive the care they deserve and need to keep
them safe. It has become clear to us that some of the key components to
providing individualised quality care are sadly missing in many current providers.

We want this to change, we want to support our community to live safely, happily and independently in their own homes for as long as they feel the need to.

We will achieve and succeed to provide as much help and support required by our clients and their families.

PROFESSIONAL HOME CARE

The Right Home Care Team provides services from the age of 18 years to the elderly. 

We understand each person has and needs different care in many ways. We provide a complete package that can be tailored to suit every requirement.

  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Getting dressed and undressed
  • Having a wash, shower, or bath
  • Support with toileting
  • Making drinks and meals
  • Administering medication 
  • Domestic Support, Cleaning, Laundry and Ironing
  • Bed Making 
  • Prompting Medication
  • Meal Preparation
  • Shopping Calls
  • Sitting Service
  • Escorting to & from Hospital/Doctors Appointments
  • Sleep-in & Waking Nights
  • Animal Assistance - (feeding or walking)

All our staff are Enhanced DBS (Disclosures and Barring Service) checked and we are Fully Insured.

If other family members are involved with choosing the right package of support, we can update them with regular contact either via: A Care Plan, Telephone Contact or Facetime providing contact with your family members, if required.
