Carers

How many different carers will I have?

At The Right Home Care Team we are always focused on delivering the highest quality service we can provide. One big part of this is the development of relationships between our clients and our carers.


We aim to introduce (as a rule) three carers to a client. The main two carers will visit on a regular basis with the third available to attend to cover any holiday or absence. This provides not only continuity but repour and understanding of your needs.

Are they experienced?
Our success is by no means accidental. It is through our commitment to providing an environment that ensures every member of the team is trained to the highest standards that far exceeds the minimum requirement. It is through this commitment that we have on going training programmes and are constantly reviewing our training requirements to grow and develop our staff.

Support

Will the Carers clean my house?
Our principal concern is the clients needs and wishes, so if the client has a need for light domestic cleaning then we will undertake those duties as part of your care plan.
Do you have minimum number of visits or visit time?
The volume of visits and call times are discussed at the initial assessment. If you require only one call a month or to provide you with assistance for attending appointments then we are more then happy to provide that care as and when needed. Visit times are a minimum of 30 minutes. Any less and we feel you would not be receiving quality care.

Security

Are your staff insured?
All our staff are employed directly by The Right Home Care Team Ltd and we provide comprehensive insurance as a matter of course.
Are all your carers checked?

We have a statutory obligation to undertake an ENHANCED DBS (criminal record search) on all our carers to ensure the highest possible safty and piece of mind is provided to our clients.
